摘要
目的:探讨滋阴降糖方治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将122例T2DM患者分为对照组(61例)和观察组(61例)。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予滋阴降糖方。两组均持续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血糖波动相关指标、胰岛功能及血脂指标。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组血糖波动相关指标均降低,且相比于对照组,观察组较低(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组血清空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平均降低,且相比于对照组,观察组较低;胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)均升高,且相比于对照组,观察组较高(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后,两组血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)水平均降低,且相比于对照组,观察组较低;血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均升高,且相比于对照组,观察组较高(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴降糖方可显著提高T2DM患者胰岛功能,改善患者血糖波动及血脂指标,进而提高治疗效果。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Ziyin Jiangtang recipe on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:122 patients with T2DMs were divided into the control group(61 cases)and the observation group(61 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Ziyin Jiangtang recipe on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued treatment for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,including traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,blood glucose fluctuation related indicators,pancreatic islet function,and blood lipid indicators between two groups were compared.Results:The rate of total effective in the observation group after treatment was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the levels of blood glucose fluctuation related indicators of both groups decreased,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the levels of serum fasting insulin(FINS)in both groups decreased,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower;Insulin sensitivity index(ISI),pancreatic isletsβcell function index(HOMA-β)in both control group increased,and compared with the control group,the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the levels of serum triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC)in both groups decreased,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower;The levels of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were all elevated,and compared with the control group,the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziyin Jiangtang recipe could improve the function of pancreatic islets of patients with T2DM,improve blood glucose fluctuations and blood lipid indicators,and then improve the treatment effect.
