摘要
明确极端暴雨下永定河洪水流量特征,为应对极端暴雨提供技术支撑。基于2305号台风“杜苏芮”导致的“23·7”流域性特大洪水,根据永定河干流雁翅水文站洪水过程中连续监测水文数据,分析了此次暴雨中永定河水系的降水及洪水过程特征。结果表明:2023年7月29日—8月6日,雁翅站洪水径流总量为2.03亿m^(3),实测洪峰流量为1710 m^(3)/s,为1951年建站以来的最大流量,洪峰重现期超过20年一遇。该研究为永定河水旱灾害防御工作提供借鉴参考。
In order to clarify the flood flow characteristics of Yongding River under extreme rainstorm and provide technical support for responding to extreme rainstorm events.Based on the“23·7”basin induced flood caused by Typhoon 2305“Doksuri”and the hydrological data continuously monitored during the flood at Yanchi Hydrological Station on the main stream of the Yongding River,the precipitation and flood process characteristics of the Yongding River system during the rainstorm were analyzed.The results show that from July 29 to August 6,2023,the total flood runoff at Yanchi Station was 2.03×108 m^(3),with a measured peak discharge of 1710 m^(3)/s,which is the highest discharge since the station was established in 1951.The peak recurrence period exceeds the 20-year return period.This study provides reference for the prevention of drought disasters in the Yongding River.
