摘要
分析黑河市区位优势、经贸政策、对俄经贸规模,黑河市协同联动性以及特色优势产业培育力度有待加强。基于此,提出探索产业链与价值链深度合作、高附加值产品引领等对俄经贸合作未来发展重点方向,促进黑河市对俄经贸“全方位、深层次、宽领域、高标准”发展。
Based on the analysis of Heihe City's geographical advantages,economic and trade policies,economic and trade scale of Russia and other practical foundations.It is found that the synergy and the cultivation of characteristic and advantageous industries need to be strengthened.Based on this,the key directions for future development of economic and trade cooperation with Russia,such as exploring the deep cooperation of industrial chain and value chain and leading high value-added products are proposed.Promote the development of economic and trade cooperation with Russia in an all-dimensional,deep-level,wide-ranging and high-standard manner.
