摘要
目的调查本科护生创造力倾向现状并分析其影响因素,为高校制定创造性护理人才培养方案提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,选取232名本科护生作为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、威廉斯创造力倾向量表、校园环境支持量表及教师支持量表进行调查。结果护理本科生创造力倾向得分104.50(100.00,123.00)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,父母文化程度、学校性质、科研项目参与经历、校园环境支持、教师支持是本科护生创造力倾向的主要影响因素(均P<0.05),共解释总变异的80.4%。结论本科护生创造力倾向处于一般水平。护理专业教育者应从多角度出发采取不同方式加强对本科护生创造力倾向的护理教育和培训,以提高其创造力倾向,发展其创造性思维。
Objective To investigate the current situation of creativity tendency among undergraduate nursing students,to analyze its influencing factors,and to provide a reference for universities to formulate creative nursing talent training programs.Methods A total of 232 undergraduate nursing students were selected by convenience sampling method.The general information questionnaire,the Williams Prefer Measurement Forms,the Supportive Campus Environment Scale and the Teacher Support Scale were used for the survey.Results The score for creativity tendency among undergraduate nursing students was 104.50(100.00,123.00).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that parental education level,nature of school,experience in research project participation,campus environment support,and teacher support are the main influencing factors of the creativity tendency among undergraduate nursing students(all P<0.05),explaining 80.4%of the total variance.Conclusion The creativity tendency of undergraduate nursing students is at an average level.Nursing educators should adopt different methods from multiple perspectives to strengthen the nursing education and training on creativity tendency for undergraduate nursing students,in order to enhance their creativity tendency and develop their creative thinking.
