摘要
通过建立数学模型,对仪器测量数据进行了不确定度来源分析,并用实例解析了测量不确定度的评定步骤,结果表明:CoMo170型表面污染仪测量结果在标准规定的±20%偏差区间内,且稳定性较好,α表面污染测量结果准确性的主要不确定因素为仪器本底计数引入的不确定度,β表面污染测量结果准确性主要不确定因素为仪器检定引入的不确定度。
The uncertainty resource analysis was carried out for instrument measurement data through the establishment of a mathematical model,the assessment steps of measurement uncertainty were analyzed by living examples,Results show:that the measurement results of the CoMo170 surface contamination meter were in the range of±20%deviation interval of standards,and it has good stability.The main uncertainty factor of measuring result stability ofαsurface contamination meter is the uncertainty introduced by background values of the instrument,and the main uncertainty factor of measuring result stability ofβsurface contamination meter is the uncertainty introduced by instrument verification of the instrument.
