摘要
推动文化繁荣、建设文化强国、建设中华民族现代文明,三个方面紧密联结、层层递进,揭示出新时代文化使命的基本内涵,标示出新时代文化发展的目标追求。在进一步全面深化改革中担负文化使命、建设文化强国,必须按照党的二十届三中全会精神要求,增强文化自信,增强文化使命担当和文化强国建设自觉,增强文化发展创新能力,增强文化主体性。山东在担负文化使命、建设文化强国上要积极作为,勇挑重担,做出贡献,要深入挖掘中华优秀传统文化精华,坚持创造性转化、创新性发展;要保护和运用好红色资源,推动红色基因代代相传;要培育践行社会主义核心价值观,让现代文明理念在乡村深深扎根;要繁荣发展文化事业和文化产业,创新实施文化惠民工程;要推进文化数字化工程,创新文化传播和服务方式。
Xi Jinping proposed and elaborated on the cultural mission of the new era,and had high expectations for Shandong to shoulder its cultural mission.The three a1pects of promoting 1ultural prosperity,building a strong cultural nation,and constructing modern civilization of the Chinese nation are closely interconnected and progressive,revealing the basic connotation of the cultural mission of the new era and indicating the goal pursuit of cultural development in the new era.To undertake cultural missions and build a strong cultural power in further comprehensive deepening of reforms,it is necessary to enhance cultural confidence,strengthen cultural mission responsibility and consciousness of building a strong cultural country in accordance with the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,enhance cultural development and innovation capabilities,and strengthen cultural subjectivity.Shandong should actively fulfill its cultural mission and contribute to building a strong cultural power by deeply exploring the essence of excellent traditional Chinese culture and adhering to creative transformation and innovative development,protecting and utilizing red resources effectively to promote the inheritance of the red gene through generations,fostering and practicing socialist core values to let the concept of modern civilization take root in rural areas,prospering and developing cultural undertakings and the cultural industry,innovatively implementing cultural projects that benefit the people,and advancing cultural digitization projects and innovating cultural dissemination and service methods.
