摘要
目的探讨布地奈德联合西替利嗪治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取徐州市铜山区人民医院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的70例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)与观察组(35例)。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组采用布地奈德联合西替利嗪治疗。比较两组症状评分、肺功能及免疫球蛋白水平。结果治疗后,两组喘息、发热、胸闷、咳嗽、盗汗及气促评分均降低,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组一秒率、最大通气量、最大呼气中期流量及呼气流量峰值均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M及免疫球蛋白G水平均升高,且观察组水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合西替利嗪对支气管哮喘患儿有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Cetirizine in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 70 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Tongshan District People’s Hospital of Xuzhou City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Budesonide combined with Cetirizine.The symptom scores,lung function,and immunoglobulin levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of gasping,fever,chest oppression,cough,night sweating,and short breath in both groups were reduced,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity,maximal voluntary ventilation,maximal mid-expiratory flow,and peak expiratory flow were increased in both groups,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin M,and immunoglobulin G in both groups increased,and the levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with Cetirizine has a good effect in children with bronchial asthma.
