摘要
本文在对南水北调中线水利风景资源调查和分类的基础上,运用SWOT分析法对南水北调中线水利风景资源发展现状进行分析,阐述了水利风景资源开发的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁。研究结果表明,南水北调中线水利风景资源宜采用利用型发展对策(SO)和改进型发展对策(WO),同时兼顾融合型发展对策(ST)和消除型对策(WT)。本研究为南水北调中线水利风景资源开发提供了参考案例。
Based on the investigation and classification of the water conservancy scenic resources along the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,this paper uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the current development status of these resources.It elaborates on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the development of water conservancy scenic resources.The study results suggest that the water conservancy scenic resources along the middle route should adopt utilization-based development strategies(SO)and improvement-based development strategies(WO),while also considering integration-based strategies(ST)and elimination-based strategies(WT).This research provides a reference for the development of water conservancy scenic resources along the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
