摘要
为充分利用区域有限水资源,使灌区建设效益最大化,本文以下浒山水库灌区为例,通过区域水土资源本底分析、水资源平衡计算、现有工程条件衔接等多角度,系统地介绍了已建水源工程新建配套灌区规划范围的论证工作思路。该规划范围的确定满足了农业生产的需要,也实现了下浒山水库水源与当地水资源的优化配置及可持续利用,为当地粮食安全及农业现代化建设提供了更好的保障。本研究可为相关灌区规划提供参考和借鉴。
To make full use of the region’s limited water resources and maximize the benefits of irrigation area construction,this paper takes the Xiahushan Reservoir Irrigation Area as an example.Through a multi-faceted approach,including the analysis of regional soil and water resources,water balance calculations,and the integration of existing project conditions,the paper systematically introduces the research ideas for the planning scope of the new supporting irrigation area for the established water source project.The establishment of this planning scope meets the needs of agricultural production and realizes the optimal allocation and sustainable utilization of water resources from the Xiahushan Reservoir and local sources.This provides better security for local food safety and agricultural modernization.The research can serve as a reference and model for the planning of related irrigation areas.
