在线定向剂量当量率监测系统研制

摘要 为了实时准确测量工作场所定向剂量当量率H′(0.07)数值,研制了ZF-FD7型在线H′(0.07)监测系统。其探测器是基于塑料闪烁体和半导体光电二极管(SiPM)研制,开发的中间机和上位机具有数据传输、剂量率显示、超阈值报警等功能。对于研制的在线H′(0.07)监测系统,参照GB/T4835.1-2012测得其辐射特性如下:在76μSv/h~1.4 Sv/h剂量率范围内,其相对固有误差在±10%之内;在β射线平均能量为60~800 keV范围内,响应在0.8~1.2之间;在−45°~45º入射时,入射角的响应在0.88~1.00之间;在1 mSv/h辐射场中测量结果的统计涨落为2.0%。探测器进行温度补偿后,在−10~40℃内,响应变化为0.91~1.08;在相对湿度为45%~85%范围内,响应变化为0.93~1.00。测试结果表明,该ZF-FD7型在线H′(0.07)监测系统的特性均满足GB/T4835.1-2012要求,可用于较高弱贯穿辐射场所的定向剂量当量率实时监测。 In order to accurately measure the workplace H′(0.07)in real time,the ZF-FD7 online H′(0.07)monitoring system was developed.Its detector is based on plastic scintillator and SiPM,and the developed intermediate machine and upper computer have data transmission,dose rate display,over-threshold alarm and other functions.For the developed on-line H′(0.07)monitoring system,the radiation characteristics measured by reference to GB/T4835.1-2012 are as follows:in the range of 76μSv/h-1.4 Sv/h,its relative inherent error is within±10%;The average energy of the βray is 60-800 keV,and the response is within the range of 0.8-1.2;At−45°-45ºincidence,the response of the incidence angle is between 0.88-1.00;The repeatability of the measurement results in a 1 mSv/h radiation field is 2.0%.After temperature compensation,the response change is 0.91-1.08 within−10℃-40℃,and 0.93-1.00 in the range of relative humidity of 45%-85%.The test results show˙that the characteristics of the ZF-FD7 on-line H′(0.07)monitoring system meet the requirements of GB/T4835.1-2012,and can be used for real-time monitoring of directional dose equivalent rate in high weak penetrating radiation sites。
