西藏扎拉水电站混凝土骨料料源选择分析

摘要 扎拉水电站工程混凝土骨料料源品质差异较大,为了落实料源方案,从料源质量、开采运输条件、砂石加工系统设置、施工总布置与施工用地,以及经济指标等方面进行综合比选。结果表明:由于天然料砂(碎)石加工系统除泥流程复杂,制成混凝土的强度和耐久性不如人工骨料;人工骨料砂石系统工艺成熟,制成混凝土质量保证率高,且经济性占优。最终确定采用扎史同沟石料场集中供料、少量工程开挖料补充的料源方案。 There were significant differences in quality of concrete aggregates for the Zhala Hydropower Station project.In order to implement the material source plan,we comprehensive compared their differences of rock property,transportation condition,layouts of aggregate processing system,general construction layout and construction land,as well as economic indicators,etc.The results showed that due to the complex desilting process of the natural material processing system,the strength and durability of the concrete was not as good as those of artificial aggregates,the artificial aggregate processing system had mature technology,high quality assurance rate for concrete production,and superior economic efficiency.The Zhashitong quarry is selected as the main source of concrete aggregates,and the replenishment place of a small amount of excavated materials for the project.
