摘要
利用电子背散射衍射、电化学工作站、扫描电镜等方法,对不同轧制方向的Zr-Sn-Nb合金板材进行微观结构分析和电化学腐蚀性能分析。结果表明,交叉轧制有利于晶粒细化。热轧板材的织构取向主要以<1120>//RD和<1010>//RD为主。交叉轧制弱化锆合金板材的择优取向。交叉轧制通过控制微观组织结构调控了锆合金的耐腐蚀性能,有效地提高锆合金板材的耐腐蚀性能,使得腐蚀速率为沿RD轧制的9.27%。
The electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),electrochemical workstation,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and other methods were applied to analyze the microstructure and electrochemical corrosion properties of Zr-Sn-Nb alloy plates with different rolling directions.The results show that cross-rolling is beneficial to grain refinement,the texture of hot-rolled plates are mainly<1120>//RD and<1010>//RD.Cross-rolling weakens the preferential orientation of Zr alloy sheet.It regulates the corrosion resistance of zirconium alloys by controlling the microstructure,effectively improves the corrosion resistance of zirconium alloy sheets,and the corrosion rate is 9.27%of that of sheet rolling along RD.
