摘要
针对火力发电厂灰库清灰作业的危险性,从风险分析、作业前准备、安全技术措施、安全管理措施四个方面,介绍了灰库清灰作业风险控制措施,相关措施的实践与应用可有效防范灰库清灰作业的安全生产事故,提高作业安全水平。
In response to the hazards associated with ash clearing operations of ash repositories in thermal power plants,the measures for risk control from are specified in terms of four aspects:risk analysis,pre-operation preparation,safety techniques,and safety management measures.The practice and application of relevant measures are available for effectively preventing safety production accidents during ash clearing operations of ash repositories and enhancing the safety level of such operations.
