摘要
探究预防性综合护理于白内障合并糖尿病术后感染眼内炎患者护理中的作用。选取2021年1月-2023年3月河池市人民医院收治的58例白内障合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各29例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行预防性综合护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,护理后,观察组患者空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的心理状况评分和生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,将预防性综合护理用于白内障合并糖尿病患者的护理中,可有效改善患者血糖水平及心理状况,降低相关并发症发生率,使患者治疗依从性及生活质量得到明显提升,可广泛应用。
To explore the role of preventive comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with endophthalmitis after cataract surgery combined with diabetes.58 cases of cataract patients with diabetes admitted to The People’s Hospital of Hechi from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received preventive comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the fasting blood glucose levels and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on average(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The treatment compliance of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The psychological status score and quality of life score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the use of preventive comprehensive nursing in the nursing of cataract patients with diabetes can effectively improve the blood sugar level and psychological status of patients,reduce the incidence of related complications,and significantly improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients,which can be widely used.
