摘要
为应对地铁盾构隧道数字化建设的需求,运用三维激光扫描技术获得区间隧道的高精度点云数据,提取对应的椭圆度以及断面净空数据信息,分析数据精度,生成数据报告,并利用BIM技术建立一套完整且可供使用的可视化模型,由此实现隧道施工模型的轻量化共享以及质量监控。结果表明,三维激光扫描技术能够解决传统测量模式耗时长、劳动强度大、成果提交慢的痛点;BIM技术又能在此基础上对点云数据进行可视化建模以及设计对比,建模效率提高了50%,平均误差小于3cm。本项技术能够真实有效地反映隧道实际施工偏差与质量缺陷,确保隧道安全稳定。
To meet the demand for digital construction of subway shield tunnels,three-dimensional laser scanning technology is used to obtain high-precision point cloud data of interval tunnels,extract corresponding ellipticity and cross-sectional clearance data information,analyze data accuracy,generate data reports,and use BIM technology to establish a complete and usable visual model,thereby achieving lightweight sharing and quality monitoring of tunnel construction models.The results show that 3D laser scanning technology can solve the pain points of traditional measurement modes,which are time-consuming,labor-intensive,and slow results submission;BIM technology can also visually model and design comparisons of point cloud data on this basis,improving modeling efficiency by 50%with an average error of less than 3cm.This technology can truly and effectively reflectthe actual construction deviation and quality defects of the tunnel,ensuring the safety and stability of the tunnel.
