摘要
文章立足于即兴舞蹈的“意识”,从意识的能动性角度,剖析即兴舞蹈中“意识”的状态、“意识”的过程以及它与创造力之间的关系,进而更深入地认识即兴舞蹈的肌理和奥秘。同时,文章尝试探索在即兴中,舞者如何既不落入惯性逻辑,又能将表演从外在展示深入向内部寻求,真正感知自我的多重面向,从而探索个性,激发创造,最终走向“认识你自己”。
Based on the“consciousness”of improvisational dance,the paper analyzes the state of“consciousness”,the process of“consciousness”and its relation with creativity in improvisational dance from the perspective of the initiative of consciousness,to further understand the essence and mystery of improvisational dance.It also explores how dancers can avoid falling into the logic of convention,lead the performance from the external display to the internal pursuit,and perceive the multiple facets of the self,so as to explore individuality,stimulate creativity,and ultimately move towards the“Know Thyself”.
