摘要
目的:了解医院薪酬领域的研究热点和动态趋势,为未来医院薪酬研究方向提供参考依据。方法:以CNKI数据库为数据来源,检索出2001-2023年有关医院薪酬的文献4119篇,使用文献计量对作者、发文机构、关键词突现情况进行可视化分析。结果:医院薪酬关注度在2001-2019年逐步上升,但整体发文质量不高,发文作者和发文机构的协作程度不紧密,研究主题主要集中在5个方面,研究热点以离职倾向和薪酬福利为主。结论:需要提升发文质量,拓宽加强作者和机构之间的合作,未来还需继续因地制宜探索新的薪酬改革方法和路径,提升广大医务人员积极性。
Objective:To understand the research hotspots and dynamic trends in the field of hospital compensation and provide references for future research directions.Methods:Using the CNKI database as the data source,4,119 relevant articles on hospital compensation from 2001 to 2023 were retrieved.Bibliometric methods were used to conduct visual analyses of the authors,institutions,and keyword occurrences.Results:Attention to hospital compensation gradually increased from 2001 to 2019,but the overall quality of the articles was not high,and the collaboration between authors and institutions was not tight.Research themes mainly focused on five areas,with research hotspots primarily on turnover intention and compensation benefits.Conclusion:There is a need to improve the quality of publications,enhance collaboration between authors and institutions,and continue to explore new compensation reform methods and pathways tailored to local conditions to boost the enthusiasm of healthcare workers.
