摘要
目的 评价抗痨膏治疗肺结核的疗效及安全性。方法 单纯随机选取2023年2—11月喀什地区英吉沙县人民医院肺科收治的100例肺结核患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用2HRZE/4HR方案治疗,研究组加用抗痨膏,记录两组的治疗效果、肝功能生化指标以及不良反应总发生率。结果 研究组临床症状分值低于对照组,病灶吸收率高于对照组,肝功能各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论 抗痨膏联合抗结核药物治疗肺结核可明显减轻临床症状,促进病灶吸收,降低药物性肝损伤、胃肠道反应发生率。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kanglao cream in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 100 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to the Department of Pulmonology,Kashgar Region Yengisar County People's Hospital from February to November 2023 were simple randomly selected as study objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group of 50 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with 2HRZE/4HR regimen,and the study group was added with Kanglao cream,and the therapeutic effects,biochemical indexes of liver function,and the total incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results The clinical symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the lesion absorption rate was higher than that of the control group,and the liver function indexes were better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 18.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion Kanglao cream combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis can significantly reduce clinical symptoms,promote the absorption of lesions,and reduce the incidence of drug-induced liver injury and gastrointestinal reactions.
