摘要
中药多糖在中药材中普遍存在,是从中药材中提取出的高分子化合物。中药多糖对畜禽具有促生长、提高免疫力和抗氧化的功能,在禽类、生猪和反刍类动物养殖中应用广泛。本文对中药多糖的提取方式和在畜禽养殖中的应用进行综述,对其应用前景进行展望,为其应用研究提供依据。
Polysaccharides from traditional Chinese medicine are commonly found in Chinese medicinal materials and are high molecular weight compounds extracted from them.Traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides have the functions of promoting growth,enhancing immunity,and antioxidation,widely used in the breeding of poultry,pigs,and ruminant animals.This article reviews the extraction methods of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides and their applications in animal husbandry,and looks forward to their application prospects,providing a basis for their research applications.
