摘要
慢性肾脏病归属于中医“水肿”“腰痛”范畴。戴恩来教授,甘肃省名中医,专攻肾脏病多年,临证经验丰富。戴教授认为慢性肾脏病的基本病机为本虚标实,肺脾肾三脏功能失常、三焦水道通调失度为本虚,“毒损肾络”为标实,治疗以固护肾气为要,兼顾七情调节、饮食居处、适当运动,予患者全面指导,通过病证结合诊断,治则治法明确,临床效果显著。通过查阅文献、阅读书籍及临床跟师,探析名中医戴恩来教授治疗慢性肾脏病的学术思想与临证经验。
Through literature review,reading books and clinical consultation with doctors,this paper analyzes the academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Dai Enlai in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Professor Dai,a famous TCM in Gansu Province,has rich clinical experience and has specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease for many years.Chronic kidney disease can be classified as“Edema”and“Lumbago”in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Dai Enlai believes that the basic pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease is the deficiency of the essence,the dysfunction of the three viscera of the lung,spleen and kidney,the failure of the three jiao channel to regulate the essence,and the“poison damages the kidney collateral”is the standard reality.The combination of disease and syndrome diagnosis,the treatment method is clear,and the purpose is to strengthen and protect the kidney Qi,take into account the regulation of seven emotions,diet and proper exercise,and give patients comprehensive guidance,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
