摘要
为探究人参病株(根腐病、锈腐病、灰霉病、黑斑病)与健康人参土壤差异及其与人参皂苷含量积累的关系,采用4年生罹病及健康人参及其根际土壤为材料,检测土壤理化性质与土壤酶活性,并用HPLC测定人参皂苷含量变化。结果表明:土壤中pH、土壤电导率(EC)、速效磷、速效钾、蔗糖酶、脲酶、蛋白酶是病株根际土壤性质变化的重要表征指标,变化幅度分别为-9.16%~-4.22%,17.35%~156.53%,-63.65%~56.37%,15.28%~66.17%,-27.28%~-12.51%,-31.18%~-4.56%,26.47%~67.34%。对人参品质指标测定,发现受病害影响最大的是根干质量;对人参皂苷测定,发现受病害影响最为敏感的是人参皂苷Rb1,其降幅为6.43%~36.73%。采用灰色关联度进行综合分析,结果显示,人参药效成分含量与土壤酶活的关联度大于土壤理化性质,其中pH、碱解氮、蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶对4种人参药效成分含量积累影响较大。
This study aims to investigate soil differences between ginseng diseased plants(root rot,rust rot,gray mold and black spot)and healthy plants as well as their relationship with ginsenoside content accumulation.Four-year-old diseased and healthy ginseng plants and their rhizosphere soil were used as materials to detect soil physical and chemical properties and soil enzyme activities,and changes in ginsenoside content were determined with HPLC.The results show that pH,EC,available phosphorus,available potassium,sucrase,urease and proteinase in the soil are important indicators of changes in rhizosphere soil properties of diseased plants,and their ranges of change are respectively-9.16%--4.22%,17.35%-156.53%,-63.65%--56.37%,15.28%-66.17%,-27.28%--12.51%,-31.18%--4.56%and 26.47%-67.34%.The determination of ginseng quality indicators show that root dry weight is the most affected by the diseases,and ginsenoside Rb1 is the most sensitive to the diseases,with a decrease of 6.43%-36.73%.The comprehensive analysis was conducted using gray correlation.The results show that the correlation between the content of ginseng medicinal components and soil enzyme activities is greater than soil physical and chemical properties,among which pH,alkali-hydrolytic nitrogen,sucrase and acid phosphatase have a significant effect on the accumulation of the content of four ginseng medicinal components.
