摘要
目的探讨患者感激对护士创造力的影响,并检验工作满意度的中介作用和安全氛围的调节作用。方法2023年5月采用患者感激量表、创造力量表、工作满意度量表以及安全氛围量表对阳泉市2家县级公立医院的全体护士进行问卷调查,获得448份有效问卷。采用SPSS 20.0以及其中的Process v3.0插件中的Model 4和Model 7检验中介效应和调节效应。结果患者感激与工作满意度、创造力呈显著正相关(r=0.558、0.591,P<0.01),工作满意度与创造力呈显著正相关(r=0.581,P<0.01)。工作满意度在患者感激对创造力的影响中起不完全中介的作用(中介效应值为0.1850,95%置信区间[0.1190:0.2484]),占总效应的34.76%。安全氛围在患者感激与工作满意度关系中起调节的作用(β=-0.048,P<0.05)。结论患者感激通过工作满意度对护士创造力产生正向影响;同时,安全氛围调节了患者感激对护士工作满意度的影响。
Objective This study aims to explore the impact of patient gratitude on nurse creativity and examine the mediating role of job satisfaction and the moderating role of safety climate.Methods In May 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted among all nurses in two county-level public hospitals in Yangquan City,using the Patient Gratitude Scale,Creativity Scale,Job Satisfaction Scale,and Safety Climate Scale.A total of 448 valid questionnaires were collected.Mediation and moderation effects were tested using SPSS 20.0 and Model 4 and Model 7 in the Process v3.0 plugin.Results Patient gratitude showed a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction and creativity(r=0.558,0.591,P<0.01),and job satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation with creativity(r=0.581,P<0.01).Job satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between patient gratitude and creativity(mediation effect value=0.1850,95%confidence interval[0.1190:0.2484]),accounting for 34.76%of the total effect.Safety climate moderated the relationship between patient gratitude and job satisfaction(β=-0.048,P<0.05).Conclusion Patient gratitude has a positive impact on nurse creativity through job satisfaction.Additionally,safety climate moderates the relationship between patient gratitude and job satisfaction.
