摘要
目的 观察艾灸神阙联合当归四逆汤加减治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法 纳入2019年3月至2022年1月在莱西市水集中心卫生院中医科就诊的67例符合纳入标准的原发性痛经患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组。观察组(34例)给予艾灸神阙联合当归四逆汤加减治疗,对照组(33例)给予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗总有效率及中医证候评分。结果 观察组临床总有效率为96.97%,高于对照组的75.00%(P <0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 艾灸神阙联合当归四逆汤加减治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经,能够提高临床效果,改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion Shenque combined with modified Danggui Sini Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congelation and blood stasis.Methods A total of 67 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Laixi Shuiji Central Health Hospital from March 2019 to January 2022 were included and divided into two groups by random number table method.The observation group(34 cases)was treated with moxibustion Shenque combined with modified Danggui Sini Decoction,and the control group(33 cases)was treated with Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules.The total effective rate and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion Shenque combined with modified Danggui Sini Decoction can improve the clinical effect and clinical symptoms in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of cold congelation and blood stasis.
