摘要
本文以船用聚氨酯隔振器作为研究对象,开展了加速寿命试验研究,选择聚氨酯材料样品进行热失重试验获取不同隔振器材料的活化能值,通过高温老化试验和静动刚度试验,获取样件的退化数据,对试验数据进行分析计算,评估得到聚氨酯隔振器在实际使用温度下使用时间,为类似产品的寿命预测提供支撑。
In this paper,polyurethane vibration isolator is taken as the research object,and accelerated life test is carried out.Polyurethane material samples are selected for thermogravimetric test to obtain activation energy values of different vibration isolator materials.Degradation data of samples are obtained through high temperature aging test and static and dynamic stiffness test,and the test data are analyzed and calculated.The estimated equivalent life of polyurethane vibration isolators at actual operating temperature provides support for life prediction of similar products.
