摘要
针对自动化焊接过程中液压支架部件批量生产时出现的坡口对接焊缝缺陷问题,进行了一系列焊接实验并检查了焊缝的金相结构。实验结果显示,在多层多道焊接的过程中,焊缝内部的板条状结构,如马氏体和贝氏体,被细小的针状铁素体和相互交织的下贝氏体精密地划分开。这是由于每一层焊接在为下一层焊接提供预热的同时,也被下一道焊接过程重新加热,导致微观结构的不均匀性。通过坡口对接焊接缺陷的分析,表明这些缺陷主要是由于在自动化生产线上,零件装配时的间隙不一致导致的未熔合缺陷。因此,提出了一种结合手工部分打磨和机器人焊接的工艺策略,以解决这一问题。这不仅为液压支架部件的焊接方法提供了理论依据,还扩大了焊接机器人的使用范围。
In order to solve the problem of the butt welding defects of grooves in the mass production of the com⁃ponents of hydraulic supports in the automatic welding process,this paper conducts a series of welding experiments and inspects the metallographic structure of welds.Experimental results show that in the process of multi-layer and multi-pass welding,the lath-shaped structure in welds,such as martensite and bainite,is finely divided by fine acicular ferrite and staggered lower bainite,which is because each layer of welding is also reheated by the next weld⁃ing process while providing preheating for the next layer of welding,leading to the nonuniformity of the micro⁃structure.Through the analysis of the butt welding defects of grooves,it is shown that these defects are mainly nonfusion defects caused by inconsistent gaps during component assembly on automatic production lines.Therefore,this paper propose a process strategy that combines manual partial polishing and robot welding to address this issue,which not only provides a theoretical basis for the welding method of the components of hydraulic supports,but also expands the application range of welding robots.
