摘要
为了促进PLC技术在煤矿机电设备中的应用,分析PLC技术的数据收集、控制程序、控制输出功能,研究其在供电系统、通风系统、提升系统、运输系统中的应用。分析表明,PLC技术在供电系统中时会对信号进行计算,计算电压大于1.2 U为过压,小于0.8 U为欠压,计算电流大于额定电流6倍为短路,在1.2倍~6倍则为过载;PLC技术可以不断监测提升机的运行状态,以确保提升机运行正常;此外,PLC技术能够实时监测风机的电压、电流、运行功率等参数,以确保风机的正常运行。
In order to better promote the application of PLC technology in the mechanical and electrical equipment,the data collection,control program and control output functions of PLC technology were analyzed,and its application in power supply system,ventilation system,lifting system and transportation system was studied.The results show that the PLC can calculate the signal,and the calculated voltage greater than 1.2 U is overvoltage,and less than 0.8 U is undervoltage.If the calculated current is 6 times of greater than the rated current,it is a short circuit,and it is overloaded between 1.2~6 times.PLC can constantly monitors the operating status of elevator to ensure it is operating normally.PLC can monitor the voltage,current,operating power and other parameters of the fan in real time to ensure its normal operation.
