摘要
为了优化瑞能煤矿工作面过断层回风巷支护参数,使用数值模拟方法分析不同支护方式下矿压参数。首先对原回风巷支护参数进行分析,并分析不同超前工作面距离矿压、原有支护条件下超前工作面5 m处矿压,对不同支护方案进行矿压分析,然后确定优化后的回风巷支护参数。结果表明,综合考虑安全、经济及现场施工情况,确定补强支护方案。巷道穿越断层时,在断层部位补打?17.8 mm×11 600 mm锚索1根,间隔1 600 mm;与1个断面共同安装3个DW30-250/100单体液压支柱,间距1 200 mm,取得较好的支护效果。
In order to optimize the supporting parameters of the cross-fault return air roadway of the working face of Ruineng Coal Mine,the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the mine pressure parameters under different support methods.Firstly,the supporting parameters of the original return air roadway were analyzed,then the mine pressure of different advanced working faces was analyzed,and the mine pressure at 5 m of the advanced working face under the original support conditions was analyzed.Finally,the mine pressure analysis of different support schemes was carried out,and the optimized support parameters of the return air roadway were determined.The results show that considering the safety,economy and on-site construction conditions,the reinforcement support scheme is determined as follows:when the roadway passes through the fault,one anchor cable of ?17.8 mm×11 600 mm is added to the fault with the interval of 1600 mm,and three DW30-250/100 single hydraulic pillars with spacing of 1200 mm were installed to one section,achieving a better support effect.
