介绍了柿饼的营养价值、功效以及山西省柿树种植分布情况、柿饼产业加工现状及发展趋势,深入分析了山西省柿饼产业存在的诸多问题,并从加工条件、示范引领、品牌建设、创新发展等方面提出具体的建议,旨在为未来山西省柿饼产业发展提供新的方向和可行性建议。
The nutritional value and efficacy of persimmon,the distribution of persimmon planting in Shanxi Province,the processing status and development trend of persimmon industry were introduced,the problems existing in persimmon industry were analyzed in Shanxi Province,and the specific suggestions from the aspects of processing conditions,demonstration and guidance,brand building,innovation and development were put forward in order to provide new directions and feasible suggestions for the future development of persimmon industry in Shanxi Province.
