摘要
近年来,出现了多种钢铁表面增强的新技术。本文深入探究了钢铁基表面碳化物陶瓷增强层的制备技术、形成机理、力学性能等,提出了当前面临问题和解决方案,旨在改善钢铁在苛刻工况条件下的力学性能和使用性能,以推动钢铁基复合材料在耐磨材料领域的进一步发展。
In recent years,there are a variety of new technologies for steel surface enhancement.The preparation technology,formation mechanism,mechanical properties of carbide ceramic reinforced layer on the steel base surface were explored,the current problems and solutions were put forward.The aim is to improve the mechanical properties and service performance of steel under harsh working conditions,and to promote the further development of steel matrix composite materials in the field of wear-resistant materials.
