不同固溶时效工艺对TA10钛合金微观组织与拉伸性能的影响

摘要 通过实施不同固溶时效工艺对TA10钛合金进行实验研究,借助光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜以及室温拉伸测试等多种分析手段,深入探究不同固溶时效工艺条件下TA10钛合金的微观组织变化及其拉伸性能。研究发现:固溶温度为两相区时,合金组织以初生α相及细小α'相为主,此时合金强度较低,塑性较高。时效处理后的组织中α'相消失,并析出次生α相,合金强度有所增加,塑性略有降低,且拉伸断口表面呈现等轴状韧窝特征。固溶温度为单相区时,组织中初生α相消失,且出现明显的晶界α相,此时组织主要由粗大β晶粒构成。发现无论是否进行时效处理,合金经单相区温度固溶处理后的塑性均较差,合金的拉伸断口微观结构为岩石状形态,且撕裂棱特征明显。 TA10 titanium alloy was studied by implementing different solution and aging processes.The microstructure and tensile properties of TA10 titanium alloy under different solution and aging processes were investigated by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and room temperature tensile test.It is found that when the solution temperature is in the two-phase region,the microstructure of the alloy is mainly composed of primaryαphase and fineα'phase.At this time,the strength of the alloy is low and the plasticity is high.After aging treatment,theα'phase disappears and the secondaryαphase precipitates.The strength of the alloy increases,the plasticity decreases slightly,and the surface of the tensile fracture shows equiaxed dimple characteristics.When the solution temperature is in the single-phase region,the primaryαphase disappears and the obvious grain boundaryαappears.At this time,the microstructure is mainly composed of coarseβgrains.It is found that the plasticity of the alloy after solution treatment at single-phase temperature is poor whether or not aging treatment has been carried out.The microstructure of the tensile fracture of the alloy is rock-like morphology,and the characteristics of torn ridge are obvious.
