摘要
2022年诺贝尔文学奖得主安妮·埃尔诺将个人经历融入社会的大背景中,创作出具有社会性维度的自传作品《悠悠岁月》,其中最为突出的叙事策略便是语象叙事。埃尔诺将每一份影像视为划分时代的标志,对其进行文字再现。本文从语象叙事这一策略切入,分析埃尔诺借助以言及象产生心象迁移,达成与读者的情感共鸣,阐述埃尔诺通过其描写技法实现影像的客观化,促使与读者的身份交融,而后从“刺点”入手,阐明其唤起读者记忆,达成与作者记忆融合的功能。透过语象叙事这一策略,本文旨在探讨埃尔诺如何在《悠悠岁月》中将作者“自我”与读者“他者”融为一体,实现“我即他者”。
Annie Ernaux,the 2022 Nobel Prize in Literature laureate,integrates her personal experiences into the context of society to create her socio-autobiographical work,The Years.In this work,ekphrasis is the most important narrative strategy.Ernaux sees each image as a sign of the times and reproduces it in words.Using ekphrasis as a starting point,this article analyzes how Ernaux achieves emotional resonance with readers using energeia.Subsequently,it elaborates on how she integrates her identity with that of the readers by utilizing descriptive techniques to objectify the images.Finally,it illustrates how the punctum evokes the readers’memories to achieve the fusion of the author’s own memories.Focusing on ekphrasis,this article aims to explore the ways in which Ernaux integrates the“self”of the author and the“other”of the readers in The Years,realizing that the“I is another”.
