摘要
目的 通过对研究型医院主题文献进行分析,探索研究型医院研究领域的研究热点和前沿趋势。方法 采用CiteSpace软件检索中国知网数据库2002年1月—2023年11月,有关“研究型医院”为主题的文献。排除标题中无“研究型医院”的文献。采用CiteSpace软件绘制有关“研究型医院”主题的作者,机构合作网络分析,关键词共现、突现、聚类和时间线的网络图,分析有关“研究型医院”的研究合作、研究热点及前沿趋势情况。结果 2002—2023年“研究型医院”相关研究持续受到关注,共计获得有效文献939条,465位学者和336家机构参与“研究型医院”相关领域研究。2002—2016年,文献年度发表数量整体呈上升趋势,2015、2016年发文量达到最高值,2016年以后整体呈下降趋势;研究领域机构合作网络图有345个节点、111条连线和密度0.001 9,关键词共现分析网络图谱有506个节点、971条连线,网络密度为0.007 6;研究热点聚焦于研究型医院理论研究与实践探索、内涵建设和科技创新能力提升。结论 研究型医院领域的研究作者与机构间缺少合作,需加强研究团队间、机构间的合作,进而增加研究的广度和深度;未来可围绕医学科学研究与科技创新为核心主题,在研究型医院管理、学习型医院建设等方面深入探索。
Objective Explore the research hotspots and frontier trends in the field of research-oriented hospitals by analyzing the literature on research oriented hospitals.Method Using CiteSpace software to search the CNKI database from January 2002 to November 2023 for literature related to"research-oriented hospitals"as the main theme.Excluding literature without"research-oriented hospitals"in the title.Using CiteSpace software to draw author and institution cooperation networks,keyword co-occurrence,burst,clustering,and timeline networks related to the theme of"research-oriented hospitals",analyzing the research cooperation,hotspots,and frontier trends in the field of"research-oriented hospitals".Results From 2002 to 2023,research related to"research-oriented hospitals"continued to attract attention,with a total of 939 valid literatures,465 scholars,and 336 institutions participating in research related to"research-oriented hospitals".From 2002 to 2016,the annual publication quantity showed an overall upward trend,with the highest number of publications in 2015 and 2016,followed by a downward trend after 2016;the institution cooperation network map in the research field had 345 nodes,111 lines,and a density of 0.0019,and the keyword co-occurrence analysis network map had 506 nodes,971 lines,with a network density of 0.0076;research hotspots focused on theoretical research and practical exploration of research-oriented hospitals,connotation construction,and enhancement of scientific and technological innovation capabilities.Conclusion There is a lack of cooperation between authors and institutions in the fields of research-oriented hospitals,and there is a need to strengthen cooperation between research teams and institutions to broaden the breadth and depth of research.Future exploration can focus on medical scientific research and technological innovation as core themes,deepening exploration in research-oriented hospital management and learning hospital construction.
