摘要
老旧小区住宅加装电梯改造很多情况下是由政府、居民共同出资,资金筹措的难度和局限性客观存在,因此,加强此类项目的成本控制就显得愈发重要。本文在对老旧小区加装电梯项目主要成本构成进行梳理的基础上,围绕成本控制,就设计、施工、竣工结算等阶段成本控制进行探讨,并从组织、经济、合同等方面提出相关的应对措施,以期为同类项目的成本控制管理提供参考。
Usually the installation of elevators in old residential areas is often funded jointly by the government and residents,the difficulty and limitations of fundraising objectively exist.Therefore,strengthening cost control for such projects is becoming increasingly important.This article sorts out the main cost components of the installation of elevators in old residential areas,discusses cost control in different stages of design,construction,and completion settlement around cost control.Finally,propose cost control measures from the aspects of organization,economy,and contract,in order to provide reference for cost control management of similar projects.
