基于“多方协同”式项目化教学的“旅行社经营管理”课程改革——质性研究的视角

摘要 围绕项目化教学情景下营造“多方协同”育人目标,对“旅行社经营管理”进行了3年的持续课程教学改革研究与实践。以质性研究的方法,对2名教师、2名企业经营管理人员及8名学生在“多方协同”课程教学改革的元认知问题上进行了深入探讨,研究发现专业建设与课程发展、理论与实践教学内容重构、企业运作与课程任务设计、教与学过程中师生及学生相互之间需要协同,才能实现该门课程的人才培养特色,也为旅游管理专业特色化课程打造提供了一条建设思路。 Focusing on the goal of creating“multi-party collaboration”education under the framework of project-based teaching,a three-year continuous research on and practice of pedagogical reform of the course“Travel Agency Operation and Management”is carried out.This article uses a qualitative research method to conduct in-depth discussions on the metacognitive issues of the“multi-party collaboration”course teaching reform by inviting two teachers,two enterprise management personnel and eight students.It is found that professional construction and curriculum development,reconstruction of theoretical and practical teaching content,enterprise operations and course task design,collaboration among teachers and students during the teaching process are necessary to achieve the talent cultivation characteristic of this course.It also provides a construction approach for the creation of specialized courses in tourism management.
