摘要
针对当前压力容器制造过程中遇到的整体变形、局部凸起、焊接变形和热处理变形等问题,从材料选择与预处理、结构强度和刚度优化计算、切割与成型、焊接与后热处理4个方面,深入分析与探讨压力容器制造过程中的变形控制要点,旨在提升压力容器的质量和安全性能。
Aiming at the problems such as overall deformation,local bulge,welding deformation and heat treatment deformation encountered in the current pressure vessel manufacturing process,this paper conducts in-depth analysis and discussion on the key points of deformation control in the pressure vessel manufacturing process from 4 aspects:material selection and pretreatment,structural strength and stiffness optimization calculation,cutting and forming,welding and post-heat treatment.It aims to improve the quality and safety performance of pressure vessels.
