荧光增白剂EBF合成工艺优化研究

摘要 对荧光增白剂EBF合成的工艺进行了研究和优化。通过单因素试验确定最佳水平,然后结合Plcakett-Burman试验设计筛选出主要影响因素,再进一步运用Box-Behnken设计-响应面法找出最佳工艺条件。荧光增白剂EBF合成的最佳工艺条件如下:第一阶段反应温度为157.5℃,第二阶段反应时间为2.8 h,溶剂用量(基于TDA的摩尔量)为2.0(l/mol),以此条件得到的合成收率为92.1%,并进行大生产验证、得到收率为92.2%。 The synthesis methods of fluorescent whitening agent EBF were studied and optimized.Firstly the optimal level was determined by single factor test,secondly the main infl uencing factors were screened out by Plcakett-Burman test design,and then the optimal process conditions were further identifi ed by Box-Behnken designresponse surface method.The optimum process conditions for synthesis of fl uorescent whitening agent EBF are as followed:The reaction temperature of the 1st stage is 157.5℃,the reaction time of the 2nd stage is 2.8 h,and the amount of solvent(molar weight based on TDA)is 2.0(l/mol).Under these conditions,the synthesis yield is 92.1%,and after large-scale production verifi cation,the yield is 92.2%.
