摘要
Tify基因家族是植物特有的基因家族,在植物生长发育、响应逆境胁迫和信号转导等方面发挥着重要作用。为了研究紫花苜蓿中Tify基因家族及其在非生物胁迫下的响应,本研究在紫花苜蓿中鉴定出84个Tify基因并对其进行染色体定位、基因结构分析等方面的生物信息学分析,并随机挑选Ms Tify6、Ms Tify32、MsTify46、MsTify48、Ms Tify65五个基因进行盐、碱、干旱胁迫下的RT-qPCR分析。理化性质及结构分析表明:除MsTify1、Ms Tify2、MsTify3外的其余81个基因在除7号染色体外的7条染色体上呈不均匀分布。RT-qPCR结果显示了MsTify基因对盐、碱、干旱等非生物胁迫有明显的响应,在调控逆境胁迫中发挥着关键性作用。为后续研究Tify基因提供了新的理论基础。
Tify gene family is specific gene family in the plant,which plays an important role in plant growth and development,response to stresses and signal transduction.In order to study the response of Tify gene in alfalfa under abiotic stress,84 Tify genes were identified in alfalfa,and their chromosome location and gene structure were analyzed by bioinformatics.MsTify6,MsTify32,MsTify46,MsTify48 and MsTify65 are randomly selected for RT-qPCR analysis under salt,alkali and drought stresses.Physical and chemical properties and structural analysis reveal that,apart from MsTify1,MsTify2,and MsTify3,the remaining 81 genes are unevenly distributed across seven chromosomes,excluding chromosome 7.RT-qPCR result showed that MsTify gene had obvious response to salt,alkali,drought and other abiotic stresses,and played a key role in the regulation of adversity stress.It provides a new theoretical basis for the follow-up study of Tify gene.
