摘要
人工耳蜗植入是治疗重度至极重度感音神经性聋的有效方法之一。耳蜗骨化因其被纤维组织或新生骨阻塞,曾被认为是人工耳蜗植入的禁忌证。但是随着人工耳蜗技术的发展,人工耳蜗植入已成为耳蜗骨化有效的治疗方法之一。本文就耳蜗骨化病理机制、影像学评估、手术方案及术后言语效果等予以综述。
A cochlear implant is an effective method to treat severe-to-profound sensorineural deafness.Cochlear ossification was once considered a contraindication to cochlear implant because of the obliteration of the cochlea by fibrous tissue or bone neoformation.However,with the development of cochlear rehabilitation technology,cochlear implantation has become an effective treatment for patients with cochlear ossification.This article reviews the pathogenesis,imaging evaluation,surgical strategy,and the outcome of cochlear implantation in cases with cochlear ossification.
