摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在手骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月佛山市第五人民医院收治的手足外科手骨折患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以舒适护理。比较两组临床指标、疼痛情况、心理状态、生活质量。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,骨折愈合时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理5 d、10 d、15 d后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组健康状况调查简表评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在手骨折患者中的应用效果显著,可缩短手术时间,加快恢复速度,减轻疼痛,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in patients with hand fracture.Methods:Sixty patients with hand fracture in hand and foot surgery admitted to the Foshan Fifth People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group using the randomized numerical table method,each with thirty cases.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.Compare the two groups'clinical indexes,pain,psychological state and quality of life.Results:The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the fracture healing time was earlier than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after 5 d,10 d and 15 d of nursing care,the scores of visual analog scoring method of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing care,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing care,the scores of the Short Form of the Health Condition Survey of the two groups were elevated,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing in patients with hand fracture is remarkable,which can shorten the operation time,accelerate the speed of recovery,reduce pain,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life.
