摘要
为解决某出口铁路矿石敞车运用中因车体内部涂层不耐磨、墙板提早腐蚀而导致的车辆使用寿命短的难点问题,经试验评估,选择采用耐磨、耐冲击性能优异的聚脲弹性体材料涂层防护方案,达到了良好的防护效果。本研究主要阐述了聚脲弹性体材料在该车型上的具体应用方案、技术性能、涂装工艺及应用效果。
To solve the problem of short service life of a certain export railway ore gondola wagon caused by the lack of wear resistance of the internal coating of the car body and early corrosion of the wall panels,an experimental evaluation is carried out and show that the polyurea elastomer material with the advantages of long-term wear-resistant and anti-corrosion was selected to achieve a good protective effect.This paper mainly introduces the specific application scheme,technical performance,coating process and application effect of polyurea elastomer material in this vehicle model.
