摘要
韩旭教授认为,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)为本虚标实之证,病位在心,五脏皆与之有关,与肝关系最为密切,心肝失调是本源,痰瘀互结是表现,情志为重要的危险因素。韩教授在活血化瘀法的基础上,从心肝论治冠心病:重视滋阴养血,养心通脉;自拟释忧汤疏肝解郁,调理气机;喜用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减疏肝理气、化痰通痹;理气活血,通络消瘀,常配伍三七、丹参、川芎、葛根。此外,韩教授还推崇调畅情志,形神共调。
Professor Han Xu believes that coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(hereinafter referred to as coronary heart disease) is the syndrome of deficient root cause and excessive manifestation.The location of the disease is in the heart,and all the five internal organs are related to it.It is most closely related to the liver.Heart-liver disorder is the root cause,phlegm and blood stasis in complexity are manifestations,and emotion is an important risk factor.Based on the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,Professor Han treats coronary heart disease from the heart and liver:Paying attention to nourishing yin and blood,nourishing the heart and dredging the meridians;self-prescribing Sadness-Relieving Decoction to soothe the liver and relieve depression,and regulating qi;using Modified Trichosanthes and Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction to soothe the liver and regulate qi,resolve phlegm and dredge rheumatism;regulating qi and promoting blood circulation,dredging the meridians and eliminating blood stasis,often combined with Sanqi(Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng),Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong),and Gegen(Radix Puerariae Lobatae).In addition,Professor Han also advocates harmonious emotions,regulating both body and spirit.
