摘要
绿色创新是企业构建持续竞争优势的动力源泉,已成为企业实践领域中的研究热点。论文基于2010—2022年4月CNKI和Web of Science数据库中的610篇文献,首先,运用文献计量工具CiteSpace挖掘和识别文献发表情况、研究热点及演变、关键词主题聚类等,发现现有研究可归类为前因、行为、过程和结果四个方面。其次,对企业绿色创新的文献展开内容分析,揭示了该领域的研究进展。具体而言,“前因”包括管理者、企业及外部环境三个层面,从内容和动机维度对企业绿色创新“行为”进行细分,“过程”包括中介与调节机制,并总结出经济、环境和综合效益等三方面绿色创新“结果”。最后,根据“前因—行为—过程—结果”的逻辑理路构建整合知识框架,并展望未来研究方向。
Green innovation is the power source for enterprises to build sustainable competitive advantage,and has become a research hotspot in the field of enterprise practice.Based on 610 documents in CNKI and Web of Science databases from 2010 to April 2022,the research first uses the document measurement tool CiteSpace to mine and identify the publication of documents,research hotspots and evolution,keyword topic clustering,etc.,and finds that the existing research can be classified into four aspects:antecedents,behaviors,processes and results.Secondly,the content analysis of the literature on enterprise green innovation reveals the research progress in this field.Specifically,“antecedents”include three levels:managers,enterprises and external environment,subdivide the“behavior”of enterprise green innovation from the content and motivation dimensions,“process”includes intermediary and regulation mechanisms,and summarizes the“results”of green innovation in three aspects:economy,environment and comprehensive benefits.Finally,according to the logic of“antecedent-behavior-process-result”,an integrated knowledge framework is constructed,and the future research direction is prospected.
