摘要
构建地方工科院校教学质量保障体系意义重大。基于当前审核评估背景,地方工科院校存在质量监控体系不完备、信息化技术应用能力不足、质量评价机制不全面等问题。构建健全完备的教学质量保障体系,要在思想上牢固树立立德树人的根本理念,通过明确监控指标、畅通信息反馈渠道和成立监督管理组织机构,不断优化完善教学质量监督管理制度,并且充分利用现代信息化技术,多维度、全过程、内外联动监督教学实施,以全面保障人才培养质量。
It’s vital to establish teaching quality assurance systems in local engineering colleges.Under the background of academic auditing,the teaching quality assurance system of local engineering colleges has problems including incompleteness,insufficient application ability of information technology and incomprehensiveness in evaluation mechanism.To establish a sound teaching quality assurance system,it’s suggested to firmly set up a fundamental idea of moral education in thoughts,and constantly optimize and improve the teaching quality supervision and management system by identifying monitoring indicators,unblocking information feedback channels and establishing supervision and management organizations,and through taking full advantage of modern information technology,to monitor the teaching processes in a manner of multi-dimensional,whole process,and internal and external linkage,with an purpose of full-scope assurance of qualities of talent training.
