摘要
信号集中监测系统(CSM)经过20多年的发展,从单一的信号设备在线监测,到信号设备的集中监测、再到信号设备的智能监测,先后更新迭代了多个版本,衍生出了多种型号。作为用户与系统交互的重要窗口,CSM显示界面的规范化程度直接影响到用户的使用体验、系统的操作效率,以及故障的诊断和处理速度。以CSM-YH型信号集中监测系统为基础,从系统界面的整体布局、站场显示、预报警、基础显示等方面,对CSM的显示规范化进行介绍。同时对适用于CSM“应用程序+Web”混合开发模式的3种主流技术进行研究,通过功能性、有效性、兼容性、易用性等方面的比较,选取最优的解决方案,旨在通过规范化CSM的显示内容,提高系统的易用性和用户体验,减少用户对不同厂家软件的学习成本,使CSM能够更好地辅助和指导电务维修、故障处理,提高电务系统设备运用质量和维护水平。
After more than 20 years of development,the Centralized Signaling Monitoring system(CSM)has evolved from online monitoring of single signal equipment to centralized monitoring of signal equipment,and further to intelligent monitoring of signal equipment,with multiple versions and models iteratively updated.As a crucial interface for user-system interaction,the standardization level of the CSM display interface directly impacts user experience,system operation efficiency,and the speed of fault diagnosis and handling.Based on the CSM-YH Centralized Signaling Monitoring system,this paper introduced the standardization of CSM display from aspects including overall layout of the system interface,station and yard display,pre-warning,and basic display.Concurrently,the study investigated three mainstream technologies applicable to the“application program+web”hybrid development mode for CSM,selecting the optimal solution through comparison in functionality,effectiveness,compatibility,and user-friendliness.The aim is to enhance system usability and user experience by standardizing CSM display content,reducing the learning costs for users of software from different manufacturers,and enabling CSM to better assist and guide maintenance and fault handling in communication&signaling systems,thereby improving the quality and maintenance level of equipment utilization of communication&signaling systems.
