摘要
纪检监察体制改革是促进社会主义民主政治发展的必然要求。基于内容分析法和时间序列分析法进行分析,可以发现:我国纪检监察体制改革沿着“健全组织结构—完善法规体系—拓展改革思维—深化体制改革”的发展脉络稳步推进,内蕴着体制改革的政治逻辑、经济逻辑、社会逻辑以及技术逻辑。面向未来,纪检监察体制改革需要实现党纪国法的深度衔接,优化监察权力的系统配置,健全国家监察的法律体系,实现监察执纪数字化转型,以推动纪检监察体制改革向着规范化、科学化、法治化、智能化方向发展。
The reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system is an inevitable requirement for the development of socialist democratic politics.Based on content analysis and time series analysis,it is found that Chinas discipline inspection and supervision system reform has been steadily advancing along the development line of“refining organizational structure,improving the regulatory system,expanding reform thinking,and deepening the system reform”,which embodies the political,economic,social,and technological logic of the system reform.In the future,the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system needs to promote the indepth convergence of the Party discipline and state law,optimize the systematic configuration of the supervision power,improve the legal system of state supervision,and realize the digital transformation of supervision and discipline so as to promote the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system in the direction of standardization,scientification,rule of law,and intelligent development.
