摘要
对新型盘扣支撑体梁底免立杆支托横梁结构特点和制造过程进行分析,利用传感器测试方法对其承载能力进行了系统的研究。试验结果表明,盘扣支撑体支托横梁的长上托水平位移以及架体倾角分别为2.12mm和0.88°,均处于较低水平。研究结果说明,新型盘扣支撑体支托横梁在竖向荷载和横向荷载作用下均能够稳定地承受载荷,具有良好的承载能力。
The structural characteristics and manufacturing process of the new type of disk-buckle support beam are analyzed,and its bearing capacity is systematically studied by using sensor test method.The test results show that the horizontal displacement of the long upper bracket and the angle of the bracket are 2.12 mm and 0.88°respectively,which are both at a low level.The results show that the new type of support beam can bear the load stably under both vertical and lateral loads and has good bearing capacity.
