摘要
目的探讨急性化脓性中耳炎治疗中联合应用氧氟沙星滴耳液、地塞米松的疗效。方法随机选取商河县人民医院于2020年7月—2023年7月收治的90例急性化脓性中耳炎患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(45例)与研究组(45例)。对照组行氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,研究组行地塞米松联合治疗。比较两组临床疗效、听力相关指标、炎症因子水平及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组听力相关指标、炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性化脓性中耳炎治疗中氧氟沙星滴耳液、地塞米松联用疗效显著,可加快患者听力恢复,对降低炎症因子水平有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of ofloxacin ear drops combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute suppurative otitis media admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were randomly selected as study objects and divided into the control group(45 cases)and the study group(45 cases)according to the method of randomized number table.The control group was treated with ofloxacin ear drops,and the study group was treated with dexamethasone combination therapy.Compared the clinical efficacy,hearing-related indexes,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.56%higher than that of 82.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.050,P<0.05).After treatment,the hearing-related indexes and inflammatory factor levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media,the combination of ofloxacin ear drops and dexamethasone has a remarkable effect,which can accelerate the hearing recovery of patients,and has positive significance in reducing the level of inflammatory factors.
