摘要
证素辨证是中医学领域的研究热点,其作为目前统一传统辨证方法的最佳方式,深受临床的青睐。现阶段,证素辨证在中医眼科的运用已有相关探索,并取得了一定的进展。阐述证素辨证的实质与内涵,系统梳理证素辨证在中医眼科理论研究、临床运用、文献研究中取得的阶段性进展,分析证素辨证在中医眼科运用中存在的问题,认为证素辨证在中医眼科的未来发展要从理论研究、临床运用、文献研究、数字化发展4个方面开展,并针对性提出具体的研究策略,以期促进证素辨证在中医眼科的运用,推动中医眼科专科辨证体系的建设。
Pattern element differentiation is a research hotspot in the field of Chinese medicine.As the best way to unify traditional pattern differentiation methods,it is favored in clinic.At the present stage,there have been relevant explorations and certain progress in the application of pattern element differentiation in TCM ophthalmology.This paper expounds the essence and connotation of pattern element differentiation,systematically combs the stage progress of pattern element differentiation in theoretical research,clinical application,and literature research of TCM ophthalmology,and analyzes the existing problems in the application of pattern element differentiation in TCM ophthalmology.At the same time,this paper believes that the future development of pattern element differentiation in TCM ophthalmology should be made from four aspects:theoretical research,clinical application,literature research,and digital development,and specifically puts forward specific research strategies to promote the application of pattern element differentiation in TCM ophthalmology and facilitate the construction of TCM ophthalmology specialty pattern differentiation system.
