摘要
“择时治疗”理论源自《黄帝内经》,该理论对于中医临床治疗疾病具有重要指导意义。“择时治疗”理论根据阴阳消长、子午流注、五脏主时与生克的特点针对疾病不同时间的不同状态进行特异性施治。早攻晚补法是“择时治疗”理论的具体体现。胡世平教授基于“择时治疗”理论,根据阴阳消长的日节律变化、阴阳互根之理、肝脏主时与生克的时机及肝癌腹水朝宽暮急的疾病特点,提出“早攻晚补法”治疗肝癌腹水,疗效显著,附验案两则加以阐明。
Originated from the Huangdi Neijing(Huangdi's Inner Classic),the theory of"timing treatment"has important guiding significance for treating diseases clinically in TCM.According to the characteristics of yin and yang waxing and waning,midnight-noon ebb-flow,and five zang corresponding seasons and their relationship of mutual generation and restrain,the theory of"timing treatment"is performed specifically in different states of the disease at different times,with the method of elimination in the morning and reinforcement in the evening as the concrete embodiment.Based on the theory of"timing treatment",Professor HU Shiping has proposed the method of"elimination in the morning and reinforcement in the evening"in treating liver cancer ascites,according to the daily rhythm changes of yin and yang waxing and waning,the principle of yin-yang interdependence,the corresponding season of the liver,the time of mutual generation and restrain,and liver cancer ascites characteristics manifested by relieving in the morning and aggravating in the evening,with significant effects in clinic.And two cases were attached for further illustration.
