摘要
提升大学生就业竞争力是高校人才培养的重要目标,若要提升大学生的就业竞争力,则需使他们的专业能力和职业素养满足其潜在就业岗位的人力资源要求。已有研究进一步提升大学生就业竞争力研究提供了启发,也显露出盲区和不足。“胜任力”视角的研究不失为一种有益的探索。文章在阐述胜任力视角下提升大学生就业竞争力的着眼点基础上,分析胜任力视角下提升大学生就业竞争力的挑战,进而探讨提升大学生就业竞争力的策略在于:建立大学生就业心理保障机制、锚定岗位环境细化劳动观教育、加强师资建设和实习组织安排、以具象化的信息巩固职业思想。
To enhance the employment competitiveness of college students is an important goal of talent training in colleges and universities.In order to enhance the employment competitiveness of college students,it is necessary to make their professional ability and professional quality to meet the human resources requirements of their potential employment positions.The existing research to further enhance the employment competitiveness of college students provides inspiration,but also shows the blind spots and deficiencies.The study from the perspective of“competence”is a beneficial exploration.On the basis of elaborating on the focus of enhancing the employment competitiveness of college students from the perspective of competence,this article analyzes the challenges of enhancing the employment competitiveness of college students from the perspective of competence,and further explores the strategies for enhancing the employment competitiveness of college students,which include establishing a psychological protection mechanism for college students’employment anchor environment refinement labor concept education,strengthen the construction of teachers and internship organization arrangement,to concrete information to consolidate professional ideas.
